Tobacco Queen cigars successfully landed in the United States, received praise from the international authoritative magazine<\/span>\u201c<\/span>Cigar<\/span>Aficionado<\/span>\u201d<\/span>,<\/span>and were published in the sixth issue of the magazine in 2024.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s a new brand from the Dominican Republic and it\u2019s named after Queen Isabella, the Spanish monarch who commissioned the legendary voyage of Columbus, which subsequently led to Europe\u2019s discovery of not only America, but tobacco as well. The brand is called Tobacco Queen and the cigars are shipping now for their maiden voyage to the market.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a four-size brand, made in Tambor\u00edl, Dominican Republic,<\/span>at the Cigar Ambassador<\/span>factory, located in the same free zone as Jochy Blanco\u2019s\u00a0Tabacalera Palma\u00a0and\u00a0PDR Cigars. The cigars are rolled with an Ecuadoran wrapper, Dominican binder and filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, although proportions and seed types vary with each size.\u00a0<\/span>The introductory\u00a0vitolas\u00a0are: Robusto, measuring just under 5 inches long by 50 ring gauge ($14.04); Lancero (7 by 38, $21.06); Salomon (7 1\/4 by 57, $25.92) and Super A, (9 1\/4 by 48, $28.08). While the Robusto and Lancero come in 20-count boxes, the Salomon and Super A come in boxes of 10, all of which are adorned with vintage art resurrected for the brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The cigars are distributed by City of Palms Cigar Distribution Services in Fort Myers, Florida.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n
